About the Author

Helen Hall Clinard, founder and Executive Director of "Effectiveness Training & Consulting" (ETC), served for over two decades as a consultant and trainer to professionals from all levels of management in hundreds of organizations including DuPont, Polaroid, Chase Manhattan Bank, The U.S. Department of Agriculture, and many branches of the British Civil Service.
